Please send an email to linsdrawing7@gmail.com within 7 days after receiving the product to apply for a return or refund.
“Cancel the order” Please write to linsdrawing7@gmail.com to propose “cancel the order” within 12 hours after placing the order. Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel it.
“Exchange” If you find a defective product after unboxing it, provide your order number and photos explaining the problem. The merchant is responsible for the shipping costs and will send the product back to the designated address for one exchange.
“Refund” If the return is due to defects, the product must be intact and unused and properly packaged and returned to the designated address. You can choose to refund or buy a new one. If you want a refund, after confirming that the returned product is not damaged, the amount minus the original shipping fee Will be transferred back to the original payment method. If using a credit card, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of cancellation, depending on the bank or credit card company.
“Return” If the result is due to personal factors such as not meeting expectations and color difference caused by screen-level graphics card factors, returns will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
