退款與換貨政策

收到商品後7日內請來信linsdrawing7@gmail.com提出「申請退貨退款 」。

 

「 取消訂單 」請在下單後 12 小時內請來信linsdrawing7@gmail.com提出「取消訂單 」,訂單一旦出貨,我們就無法取消。

 

「 換貨 」開箱後發現瑕疵商品,以及提供您的訂單號碼以及說明問題的照片。由商家負責運費並寄回指定地址換貨一次。

 

「 退款 」若為瑕疵因素退貨,商品須完整未使用並妥善包裝退回指定地址,您可以選擇退款或購買新的,如果您希望退款,確認退貨商品無損後,金額減去原始運費後將轉回原始付款方式。若使用信用卡,退款將在取消後 5-10 個工作天內處理,具體取決於銀行或信用卡公司。

 

「 退貨 」若為與預期不符等個人因素以及螢幕、顯示卡因素之色差成效,不接受退貨,感謝您的體諒。

“Exchange” If you find a defective product after unboxing it, provide your order number and photos explaining the problem. The merchant is responsible for the shipping costs and will send the product back to the designated address for one exchange.

 

“Refund” If the return is due to defects, the product must be intact and unused and properly packaged and returned to the designated address. You can choose to refund or buy a new one. If you want a refund, after confirming that the returned product is not damaged, the amount minus the original shipping fee Will be transferred back to the original payment method. If using a credit card, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of cancellation, depending on the bank or credit card company.

 

“Return” If the result is due to personal factors such as not meeting expectations and color difference caused by screen-level graphics card factors, returns will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
