代表春天破土而出的生命力，那些依約盛開的種子一一在春日逐一萌芽。

鬱金香（學名：Tulipa gesneriana）是百合科鬱金香屬的一個栽培植物，又稱洋荷花、旱荷花。因生長地區緯度不同而花期各異，普遍在3月下旬至5月上旬。全世界約有2,000多個品種，大量生產約150種。

羽扇豆（學名：Lupinus）為豆科蝶形花亞科的一屬植物，又稱魯冰花，屬名Lupinus源於拉丁語lupus，意為「狼」，指本屬植物常破土而出。

使用礦物顏料與各種金屬箔實驗媒材所繪製而成，作品中局部含有植物纖維材質拼貼。
